Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years in manufacturing assembly or machine operation.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Able to multi-task and read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Wind, assemble, and hand solder product per drawings.
• Read and interpret manufacturing work instructions and assembly drawings.
• Perform basic PC functions for winding equipment.
• Use hand tools and follow work instructions.
• Cross-train across departments as needed to meet production goals.
• Provide written and oral communication among production teams.
• Support Manufacturing Engineering with process updates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
