Qualifications

• Experience with tool grinding and wheel wear inspection.

Responsibilities

• Program, setup and operate machines to produce tools per specifications.
• Ensure product accuracy and uniformity throughout manufacturing processes.
• Read drawings to develop custom programs for specialty tooling.
• Provide basic preventative maintenance to machines.
• Create master programs for standard and modified endmills.
• Set up and inspect drills, cutters, and reamers for production.
