Job summary

Ideal candidates have experience operating Swiss-style CNC machines or completed apprenticeship, read blueprints and GD&T, and can read precision gauges. The role is full-time and on-site with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Experience operating Swiss-style CNC machines or completed apprenticeship.
• Ability to call up programs, offset tools and basic CNC operation.
• Strong math, verbal/written communication and problem solving.
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T.
• Ability to read precision gauges and visual accuracy.
• Ability to produce precision work.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple Swiss-style CNC machines and produce parts within tolerances.
• Inspect finished parts using precision gauges and visual checks.
• Adjust tooling offsets, sharpen tools, and maintain fluids.
• Load bar feeder and measure bar stock.
• Verify material per blueprints and job specs.
• Maintain clean, safe workstation and perform preventive maintenance.
