Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of machine shop experience preferred, with on-the-job training available.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift/move up to 50 lbs.
• Detail-oriented mindset for producing high-quality parts.

Responsibilities

• Set up, start, and run manual and CNC equipment (mills, lathes, etc.).
• Measure parts using precision tools to ensure they meet exact specs.
• Perform routine maintenance like changing filters and greasing slides.
• Maintain production logs and follow OSHA safety standards.
