Qualifications

• Some CNC or strong computer skills; proficient with measurement tools such as calipers and height gauge.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press brake per blueprint, selecting and positioning dies and programming CNC.
• Run job by lifting workpiece with manual methods or overhead crane and position into machine bed; start ram to form.
• Monitor forming and adjust machine for material variances; perform first-piece and in-process inspections using calipers, height gauge, and square.
• Conduct routine maintenance and general repairs on press brakes as required.
