Job summary

Robroy Industries, Inc is seeking a CNC Operator at the Gilmer, TX site. You will set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts, read blueprints, and ensure quality through in-process checks.

This role requires familiarity with Haas CNC controls, G-code editing, and CAM programming. You will work with MRPII systems and follow ISO standards and safety practices in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years factory experience preferred.
• 2 years CNC experience including lathe setup.
• Read and interpret blueprints.
• Use precision measurement tools for dimensional checks.
• Troubleshoot setup and production issues.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce machined parts.
• Maintain quality and safety standards during production runs.
• Select appropriate CNC programs for current jobs.
• Measure parts with height gauges, micrometers, calipers, and pins gauges.
• Perform first piece and in-process quality checks.
• Perform preventive maintenance activities as needed.
