Job summary

Adecco is hiring CNC Machine Set-Up & Operator professionals for immediate openings in Danbury and Waterbury, CT. Pay ranges from $20 to $30 per hour on 1st shift with hours 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Positions offer potential permanent hire on select assignments and long-term stability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years CNC machining experience, preferably milling and/or lathe operation
• Set-up experience required for some openings
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Ability to inspect and verify part accuracy
• Strong attention to quality and detail

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC milling machines and Swiss lathes
• Run production while inspecting parts to blueprint specifications
• Sharpen and polish form tools
• Perform quality checks and maintain production records
• Work with controls including Prototrak, Fanuc, Haas, and Bridgeport
