Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and good math skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot and adjust CNC lathe equipment to spec.
• Insert changes and adjust to bring part to size.
• Perform quality inspections using micrometers, calipers and gauges.
• Learn and use the Data Log system at the machines.
• Maintain PM sheets and keep work area clean and safe.
• Read blueprints and ensure parts conform to specifications.
• Be adaptable to learn new equipment and changes.
• Support continuous improvement to reduce waste and improve quality.
• Attendance is required and essential.
