Card-Monroe Corp. in Hixson, TN is seeking a Full Time CNC Operator to run CNC milling and turning centers, inspecting parts and ensuring adherence to blueprints. You will work onsite in a dynamic manufacturing setting focused on quality and innovation.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or trade schooling, 2–5 years of machining experience, and proficiency with measuring tools and blueprints. Familiarity with calipers, micrometers, protractors, and PC use is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school or trade schooling required.
• 2–5 years of machine operation experience preferred.
• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.
• Experience with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) and basic math.
• PC basic skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC milling and turning centers.
• Read blueprints and shop drawings to fabricate parts.
• Ensure parts meet quality specifications and tolerances.
• Maintain equipment and housekeeping in the work area.
