Job summary

TECOMET seeks a CNC Machinist II to produce precision components for medical and aerospace applications. You will set up and operate CNC mills or lathes, read blueprints and GD&T, and maintain tight tolerances on complex parts.

You will select tooling, set offsets, adjust feeds and speeds, and perform in-process inspections using precision gauges within a regulation-compliant, quality-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC mills and/or lathes.
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T with tight tolerances.
• Familiarity with tooling selection and setting offsets.
• Proficiency in measuring and inspecting parts during production.

Responsibilities

• Set up and program CNC machines per specifications.
• Interpret blueprints and GD&T to maintain tolerances.
• Choose tooling, adjust feeds and speeds, and set offsets.
• Perform in-process inspections using precision gauges and document results.
