TOOL SPECIALTIES CO CORP is seeking a CNC Machinist in Missouri to join a team of skilled machinists. The role involves setup, operation, and programming of CNC mills and lathes in a fast-paced shop environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of machinist experience, solid math skills, and proficiency with Office tools. Relocation to Hazelwood, MO is required; in-person work is expected.

Competenze

• At least three (3) years of experience in a Machinist role.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional overtime and/or weekends.
• Experience fabricating parts for metal stamping dies or a broad knowledge of metalworking/metal stamping industry.
• Ability to understand and utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Strong fundamental math and hands-on problem-solving skills.

Mansioni

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines (Okuma, Makino, Mighty Viper).
• Set up, program, and operate Harrison CNC lathes.
• Ensure all projects are processed in a safe, timely, and efficient manner.
• Work closely with the department lead to meet daily throughput requirements.
• Assist Toolmakers and machinists with projects to ensure their successful completion.
• Responsible for the overall maintenance of equipment and special projects as needed.
• Maintain a supportive, productive, and respectful working environment through professional conduct and effective communication with internal and external customers, coworkers, and vendors.
• Uphold Tool Specialties safety culture by participating in job safety training and following all plant rules and work procedures.
• Work within a mature ISO 9001-2015 quality management system.
