Pinewood Tool Corporation, a small, high-precision job shop in Wisconsin, is hiring an experienced CNC Machinist to join our first shift. You will run CNC mills and/or lathes on short-run tooling where tight tolerances matter.

This hands-on role requires ownership of parts from blueprint to finished piece, programming at the control, setting up jobs, and inspecting work in process. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of toolroom or short-run CNC machining experience.
• Comfortable programming at the control (mills and/or lathes).
• Strong blueprint reading and applied GD&T knowledge.
• Demonstrated ability to hold tight tolerances in a small-batch environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Program at the control and perform your own setups on CNC mills and/or lathes.
• Machine small-run parts and tooling from blueprints, working to GD&T.
• Hold tight tolerances and perform in-process quality inspection.
• Use hand grinders and supporting tooling as needed to finish parts to spec.
• Take ownership of your work and stand behind the result.
