Qualifications

• 2+ years of CNC machining experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and process documentation.
• Experience with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, indicators).
• Understanding of feeds, speeds, tooling, offsets and machining fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Setup and operate CNC machining equipment.
• Read blueprints, engineering drawings, and process documentation.
• Select tooling and adjust offsets.
• Verify dimensions with precision measuring equipment.
• Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections.
• HOLD tight tolerances and ensure superior surface finishes.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and improve efficiency.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and housekeeping.
