Job summary

United Stars Holdings, Inc. is seeking a CNC Lathe Operator to manufacture parts to plant specs in a timely, accurate manner. You will set up, edit, and operate CNC lathes and inspect completed parts for conformance, ensuring quality and efficiency.

Candidates should be proficient with measuring tools, read blueprints, and edit Fanuc/G-code programs. Overtime may be required; strong communication and mechanical aptitude are a plus. Full-time, benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Proficient with micrometers, calipers, height gauges, optical comparator.
• Able to read blueprints, specifications and routings.
• Ability to edit programs with Fanuc, G-code and M-code.
• Good math skills and metric conversions.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Set up, edit and operate CNC lathes.
• Inspect completed parts to ensure conformance to specifications.
• Clean work area and organize tools.
• Remove tooling and fixturing; return inspection equipment to proper area.
• Perform minor machine maintenance (greasing, oiling, etc.).
