Job summary

Blast Cleaning Technologies (BCT) in West Allis, WI is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to program, set up, and run lathes and mills. You will balance speed, accuracy, and tool life while writing, reading, and editing G- and M-code to print.

You will design fixturing, perform first article inspections, and adjust tooling for production runs. The role requires 4+ years in CNC setup and operation, Mastercam experience, and strong GD&T knowledge.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with CNC lathes and mills; able to read drawings and GD&T.
• Proficiency with Mastercam or manual programming advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and run CNC lathes and mills to print.
• Write, read, and edit G- and M-code.
• Set up fixtures, tools, and workpieces for production runs.
• Measure critical dimensions with precision gauges and hand metrology.
• Maintain machines including spindle checks and basic repairs.
