Columbus McKinnon seeks a skilled CNC Press Brake & Laser Fabrication Technician to join our manufacturing team. You will review drawings, select materials, load dies, and run programs on Amada equipment, ensuring precise bends and clean cuts.

You will troubleshoot tool wear and machine alarms, deburr parts, and help maintain a safe, organized shop floor while supporting throughput with a drill press when needed.

Formación

• 1+ years operating similar equipment preferred.
• Able to lift/lower/push/pull up to 40 lbs. safely.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsabilidades

• Select correct materials, programs, and dies per work orders for laser and press brake.
• Set up tooling and retrieve preprogrammed instructions; modify for quality and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot cutting conditions, worn or damaged tooling, and equipment alarms.
• Deburr parts with manual and automatic equipment to meet spec.
• Sort and store raw materials with a forklift and overhead crane.
• Collaborate with programmers and maintain a clean, 5S-focused workspace.
• Operate a drill press as needed to support throughput.
