Aerotek is hiring a Cleanroom Technician in Dexter, MI. The role focuses on assembling subassemblies and finished products in a highly regulated cleanroom environment, following detailed work instructions and quality standards.

You will measure and verify specifications, maintain a safe workspace, and support both prototype and production builds. The position emphasizes attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, and collaboration with a team to meet production goals while ensuring

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow detailed assembly instructions
• Good understanding of quality standards and procedures
• Basic understanding of Bills of Materials (BOMs) and routings
• Hands-on use of measuring tools to verify specifications
• Strong attention to detail to minimize errors
• Experience in cleanroom or regulated manufacturing environment (preferred)
• Capable of working independently and with a team
• Comfortable with adhering to strict cleanliness and PPE rules

Responsibilities

• Set up workstations by reading assembly instructions and gathering parts and tools
• Assemble subassemblies and completed products per work instructions
• Measure and test to verify specifications
• Maintain clean, organized, and compliant work area in the cleanroom
• Follow non-conforming product procedures and report issues
• Support prototype and production builds as needed
• Collaborate with team to resolve issues and improve processes
• Maintain high quality output with strong attention to detail
