Job summary

Greene, Tweed is seeking a Black Chemraz Press Operator for the 3rd shift (10:30 PM – 6:45 AM) in Kulpsville, PA. The role involves operating presses and extruders, handling molds, and ensuring strict safety and quality standards within the Black Chemraz department.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, understand and follow work instructions.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read and interpret production drawings and company documents.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all federal and state environmental, health and safety regulations as well as safety policies.
• Perform operations in the clean room area to meet quality and production standards.
• Record information in the GT data collection system as required.
• Retrieve, assemble, and clean molds for production; transport molds and tooling.
• Operate mill and extruders to manufacture preforms; prepare for molding (bagging, cutting, washing, weighing).
• Operate presses, deflash and inspect parts to ensure highest quality.
• Follow all SPC procedures; move molded parts to next operation.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and housekeeping; perform other duties in Black Chemraz areas.
