Job summary

Elevation Entertainment Group seeks a Cage Cashier in Citrus Heights, CA to execute financial transactions with guests and team members according to company policies and legal requirements. The role focuses on accuracy, security, and customer service within a fast-paced casino environment.

Responsibilities include processing jackpots, maintaining cages, and ensuring proper documentation. A high school diploma or GED is preferred with at least one year of cash handling experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills are required.
• High school diploma or GED is preferred, but not required.
• Minimum of one year of high-volume cash handling experience.
• Banking experience is preferred; related cashiering and guest service background will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Comply with Cage Policies and maintain an accurate and balanced Cage.
• Process jackpots and complete W2G, 1099, and 1042S paperwork per protocols.
• Verify identification for transactions involving credit cards, jackpots and Title 31.
• Promote knowledge of active promotions, cash games and tournaments.
• Attend annual BSA/AML training.
• Record cash transactions beginning at $2,500 in CTS.
