Job summary

Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino is seeking a vigilant team member to handle slot machine bill acceptors, coin drops, and currency transfers. You will weigh, wrap, count, and balance drops and assist in reconciling slot/table game drops with the main bank vault.

The role emphasizes accuracy, adherence to policies, and collaboration with team members on the casino floor in a high-activity environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong math skills required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be able to work well with others.

Responsibilities

• Interact effectively with the public and Team Members.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Assist in slot drop pickups, weighing, wrapping, counting, balancing, and transferring of the drops to the main bank/vault.
• Follow exact policies and procedures.
• Work with Team Members in highly secured/monitored areas.
• Maintain equipment in good working order and report problems promptly.
• Perform minor repairs to slot boxes as needed.
• Fill out problem logs when they occur.
• Read slot machine meters and forward paperwork to Revenue Audit.
• Maintain accuracy and thoroughness of drops/counts.
• Maintain regular attendance and perform reasonable requests from management.
