Job summary

A leading tools manufacturing company is seeking an ANCA Operator with set-up experience for a 2nd shift position in Rockford, Illinois. The successful candidate will set up and operate CNC grinders, conduct inspections, and troubleshoot equipment. A minimum of 2 years' carbide CNC grinding experience is required, along with the ability to read engineering drawings. The salary ranges from $22 to $30 per hour, with a strong benefits package including health insurance and a 401k match.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of carbide CNC grinding experience with demonstrated set up capability.
• Ability to utilize Zoller POM and Genius for inspection.
• Experience creating process/operational procedures a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and troubleshoot Anca CNC 5 axis grinders.
• Conduct complete set-ups including work holding and program loading.
• Responsible for 1st part inspection and ongoing process audits.
