Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; technical associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience with electronic test equipment and precision measurement is essential.
• Knowledge of MIL-STD-45662A, ISO 10012-1, and ANSI/NCSL Z540 is desirable.
• Ability to read schematics, drawings, and instrumentation to tight tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Ensure only calibrated equipment is used and traceable to NIST.
• Perform component- and system-level failure analysis using schematics and test gear.
• Provide rework recommendations and communicate instructions to production.
• Maintain records in compliance with recognized quality standards.
