Job summary

Clayton Homes is hiring a Cabinet Assembler to complete the full assembly of cabinets on-site in Haleyville, AL. You will handle frames, panels, doors, toe kicks, shelves and hardware while ensuring quality and safety standards.

The role requires ability to meet deadlines, use pneumatic tools, lift up to 50 lbs, and read a tape measure. You will work with a team in a fast-paced environment with a strong emphasis on 5S and housekeeping.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of cabinet manufacturing experience.
• Experience with pneumatic tools, saws, drills and hand tools.
• Must be able to lift +50 lbs. regularly.
• Must be able to read a tape measure to 1/32nd inch.
• Must adhere to 5S principles and cabinet areas housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety-first culture and assemble cabinets per process.
• Assemble frames, end panels, toe kicks, shelves and doors with proper hardware.
• Inspect parts for cleanliness and flaws; request parts as needed.
• Inspect completed items for accuracy and finishes.
• Repair cabinet elements sent for servicing and perform other duties as assigned.
