Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Tampa, FL is seeking a detail-oriented Blending Technician to support manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment.

You will operate blending equipment, weigh ingredients, review batch tickets, and maintain production documentation to ensure GMP and safety standards are met. The position requires basic computer literacy, ability to follow written and verbal instructions, and the capability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous blending, mixing, food production, or cooking experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing or blending experience preferred.
• Basic computer literacy and math skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Manufacturing environment with exposure to production equipment and ingredients.
• Frequent standing, walking, lifting, and repetitive motion.
• Must be able to work extended shifts and overtime as needed.
• PPE required while working on the production floor.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain blending equipment in accordance with batch records and production schedules.
• Review batch tickets and raw materials for accuracy and completeness prior to production.
• Operate pumps, blenders, mixers, filters, and related processing equipment.
• Measure ingredients in the proper quantities and sequence according to approved formulations.
• Draw samples of raw materials and finished blends for Quality Control and R&D.
• Perform equipment washdowns, cleaning, and sanitation procedures between batches.
• Maintain accurate production records, logs, and reports.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and warehouse personnel to support manufacturing schedules.
• Assist with additional production-related tasks as assigned.
