Qualifications

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in assembly.
  • Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions.
  • Physical ability to lift/move bicycles up to 50 lbs.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Prior bike mechanic experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Assemble bicycles, components, and install accessories per specifications.
  • Assemble car racks and large accessories as needed.
  • Inspect assembled bikes for quality and safety standards.
  • Perform minor adjustments and repairs during assembly.
  • Test bicycles for functionality and stability before approval.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
  • Report issues or defective parts to a supervisor promptly.
  • Follow safety protocols and company policies.
  • Work with suspension and hydraulic systems confidently.
