Job summary

Senior Aerospace SSP in Bartlett, IL seeks a Bellows Machinist to set up and operate hydraulic bellows forming equipment for tubular components. The role includes training on sheet metal machines, performing minor assembly and rework, and maintaining a clean, safe workstation.

The position runs Monday–Friday on 1st shift with competitive pay and a strong benefits package. ITAR compliance and quality standards are emphasized throughout the role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or 1–6 months related experience.
• Basic knowledge of sheet metal forming and equipment operation.
• Ability to follow procedures and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate hydraulic bellows forming machinery.
• Identify parts after bellows are formed and perform minor assembly.
• Train on bellows sheet metal machines.
• Perform rework/repair and related operations as described above.
• Assist higher classified Bellows Machine Operators as required.
• Assemble and size tubes.
• Clean and oven-dry parts.
• Follow all policies and procedures and maintain a clean, safe work area.
