Job summary

Christian Brothers Automotive in Spring Hill, TN is seeking an Automotive Technician/Mechanic with 3–5+ years of diagnosing and repairing domestic and foreign vehicles. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and support guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience diagnosing and repairing a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Strong technician expertise across engine performance, transmissions, ABS/Braking, and HVAC systems.
• ASE Certifications (or Master Technician status preferred), or a demonstrated plan to achieve.
• Meet or exceed 40-50 flag hours per week.
• Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes.
• Professional appearance and strong communication.
• A desire for long-term career development.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and the ability to operate manual transmissions.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles for our guests.
• Continuously build experience across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Work as part of a team to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively.
• Follow and promote high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Work closely with the service department and effectively communicate concerns.
• Collaborate with other technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results.
