Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints, assembly prints, and tech specs.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with experience assembling precision machinery or automated equipment.
• Experience with mechanical troubleshooting and machine alignment.
• Familiarity with machining processes, fabrication methods, and shop equipment.
• Read electrical schematics, pneumatic diagrams, and I/O layouts.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, fit, install, rebuild, and repair custom automated machinery per drawings and specs.
• Interpret mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic schematics to support assembly and troubleshooting.
• Verify BOMs and ensure components match engineering designs and customer requirements.
• Align machine components and verify tolerances to ensure proper function and performance.
• Perform machine setup, testing, and validation prior to customer acceptance.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
