Job summary

Maverick Car Company in Boise is seeking an experienced Automotive Detailer to prepare vehicles for Recon and Retail Service clients. You will perform thorough interior and exterior detailing, ensuring high-quality finishes and adherence to Maverick standards.

The ideal candidate has prior professional detailing experience, can work independently, and shows strong attention to detail. A valid driver's license and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous professional automotive detailing experience is required.
• Experience in dealership, professional detail shop, recon environment, or similar high-volume setting is preferred.
• Ability to work independently with strong time management and quality focus.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional interior and exterior detailing on assigned vehicles.
• Complete washes, decontamination, vacuuming, shampooing, extraction, polishing, waxing, and finishing work.
• Detail wheels, tires, glass, trim, engine bays, and other surfaces as required.
• Conduct final quality checks before vehicles leave Detail.
• Identify areas requiring rework and maintain Maverick quality standards.
• Work efficiently while maintaining quality and organize detail bays.
