Tommy’s Express in Holland, MI is seeking a Production Team Member to assemble car wash equipment components in a clean, organized shop. You will read blueprints, fit and plumb parts, inspect assemblies, and package finished units for shipment.

The role emphasizes craftsmanship, accuracy, and reliability, with opportunities for internal growth, education support, and a comprehensive benefits package. Monday–Friday work hours and a hands-on manufacturing environment are provided.

Formación

• Prior experience in manufacturing, mechanical assembly, plumbing, or stainless-steel fabrication.
• Experience with multi-step assemblies or quality inspections.
• Motivated with high attention to detail and quality.
• Experience using hand/power tools and shop equipment.
• Ability to read basic blueprints and assembly instructions.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies according to blueprints, schematics, and production schedule.
• Fit, fasten, align, and plumb components using hand and power tools.
• Identify and select correct parts, hardware, and materials for each assembly.
• Inspect finished assembles against drawings and quality checklist.
• Package completed assembles per Tommy standard (crating, wrapping, banding, boxing).
• Report discrepancies, defects, or material shortages to supervisors.
• Maintain required quality standard and build efficiency.
• Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and standard work instructions.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and orderly workstation and production area.
