Manpower, Inc. is recruiting an Assembly Production Associate for its client in Colonial Heights, VA.

You will join the Production Support team, focusing on quality, following work instructions, and collaborating to keep the line running toward daily and monthly goals. The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, some production or warehouse experience, familiarity with basic computer applications, and the ability to operate hand tools.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Relevant work experience in warehouse, production line, or inventory control.
• Ability to follow established policies and work instructions.
• Able to operate hand tools and maintain equipment.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) and willingness to learn company software.

Responsibilities

• Perform production line duties including disassembly, cleaning, inspection, assembly, and testing of remanufactured products.
• Prepare tools, equipment, and workspace; maintain cleanliness during shift.
• Use micrometers, gauges, and testing equipment to verify product conformity.
• Maintain inventory accountability at the workstation and issue parts as needed.
• Continuously review and improve quality and production procedures to support productivity.
