Qualifications

• Must be able to assemble parts following SOPs and work instructions.
• Must read Bill of Materials and working instructions.
• Must follow safety procedures and use PPE as required.
• Need basic math and measurement skills for checks and counts.
• Reliable with good attendance and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assembly & Quality Control: follow SOPs to assemble, inspect, and ensure products meet standards.
• Materials & Tools Handling: collect, sort, count, and safely use hand tools.
• Safety & Cleanliness: maintain clean, safe workspace and comply with safety rules.
• Monitoring & Reporting: monitor output, log production data, report defects promptly.
• Physical & Team Readiness: maintain focus, stay on task, and work well in a team in a demanding environment.
