Job summary

ProMach in Raleigh, NC is seeking an Assembly Technician to build and assemble complex, precision mechanical assemblies with strict dimensional specs.

You will read engineering prints, troubleshoot electrical controls with meters and scopes, and use precision gauges to ensure parts meet tolerances.

This role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing and performing hands-on assembly in a fast-paced team, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities at ProMach.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret engineering prints/specifications and electrical schematics.
• Assemble complex mechanical units with precision and problem-solving.
• Troubleshoot electrical controls using meters and scopes.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret engineering prints/specifications, electrical schematics, manufacturing manuals, and/or verbal/written instructions.
• Troubleshoot electrical controls utilizing Multimeter, Amp meter, and/or oscilloscope.
• Plan assembly procedures and methods to assure efficient progress.
• Assemble complex mechanical units requiring precision and accuracy.
• Inspect parts for proper machining finish and dimensions; verify conformance to specs.
