RON SUNSHINE ASSOCIATES LLC in Harlan, Iowa, is seeking a Production Worker - Assembly to read engineering blueprints and work orders, assemble, repair, and inspect parts while upholding quality and safety standards.

You will perform hand assembly with power and hand tools, read tape measures and calipers, inspect materials and finished products for quality, and maintain a clean, safe work area following 5S or lean practices. A high school diploma or GED is required.

Formación

• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift and move materials and work with machinery.
• Hand and power tool experience.
• Machine Operator experience.
• Blueprint reading skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform hand assembly using power and hand tools.
• Read blueprints, tape measures, and calipers accurately
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and equipment (5S standards) or lean manufacturing practices.
• Track production data, including time and quantities
• Report defects, safety concerns, or equipment issues
