Job summary

Atterro in Hayward, CA is seeking an Assembly Technician for first shift. The role involves assembling products using hand and power tools, following detailed work instructions and engineering drawings.

You will perform basic testing, ensure quality, and maintain clean, safe work areas on a 6 AM–2:30 PM schedule. With at least 1 year of assembly experience, you will read blueprints, verify measurements, and intervene to fix quality concerns.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience assembling mechanical, electrical, or manufactured products using hand and power tools.
• Ability to read blueprints, assembly drawings, work instructions, or technical documentation.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to accurately use measuring devices and maintain quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products, components, or equipment using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and assembly instructions.
• Inspect completed assemblies, verify measurements, identify quality concerns, maintain organized work areas.
• Support production goals while following established procedures and safety standards.
• Assemble products according to engineering drawings and manufacturing procedures.
