Lippert Components, Inc. is seeking an Assembly Laborer to join our manufacturing team in the United States. The role involves assembling components per specifications, reading blueprints and using hand tools, with emphasis on quality and safety.

The position is full-time and requires flexibility to meet production goals. Candidates should have a High School diploma or GED, up to 2 years of manufacturing experience, and be able to read procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Up to 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to identify that product meets quality and productivity standards.
• Ability to use hand tools.
• Ability to read and follow documented procedures and standards.
• Willing and available to work overtime to reach goals.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare work by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specs, and parts lists.
• Position parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements.
• Assemble components and ensure correct fit; fasten parts and subassemblies.
• Resolve assembly issues by adjusting dimensions and coordinating with supervisor.
• Maintain equipment with preventive maintenance and ensure safe operations.
• Manage supplies by checking stock and placing orders as needed.
• Communicate with supervisor about potential issues daily.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and adhere to regulations.
• Contribute to team effort by delivering quality, timely results.
