The role emphasizes safe work habits, accuracy, and efficiency in a fast-paced production environment; candidates should read routings, follow instructions, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; production experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
• English fluency required for safe operation.
• Experience in production of electrochemical or electronic equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Read routing and perform work as assigned by department supervisor.
• Assemble units per specifications or work instructions by product number and type.
• Fabricate or modify parts using provided shop equipment and tools.
• Attach appropriate labels to wires, products and packages.
• Test product functional performance to ensure conformance to specifications.
• Record defects or data as requested by supervisors or managers.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Notify supervisor of any mechanical or material issues.
