Mach10 Solutions in Chesterfield, VA is seeking a dedicated Create Assembler to join our production team. You will support manufacturing by assembling components per blueprints, performing inspections, and maintaining quality and efficiency in a collaborative environment.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, prefer prior manufacturing experience, and demonstrate precision, strong teamwork, and the ability to lift and move materials as needed.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; vocational training is a plus.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly is preferred.
• Exceptional precision and the ability to follow complex instructions without errors.
• Team-oriented with strong interpersonal communication.
• Physical ability to lift and transport materials as needed.
