Job Overview:




The Production Associate is responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the efficient assembly, inspection, and packaging of products. This role involves working closely with the Production Department to maintain quality standards, organize the workspace, and contribute to the overall success of the manufacturing process.




Responsibilities:




  • Clean, inspect, and test parts to ensure quality standards are met during product assembly.





  • Assemble sub-components to create final products in accordance with specifications.





  • Perform labeling, cleaning, and packaging of assembled products.





  • Maintain organization and cleanliness within the warehouse and work areas.





  • Assist with keeping inventory levels of parts and supplies organized and efficiently stocked.






  • Collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks and support production goals.





  • Perform other duties as required by the Production Department.






Requirements




  • High School Diploma or GED required





  • 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse environments





  • Forklift operation experience and certification





  • Ability to advise management on inventory levels for parts and supplies





  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a willingness to learn new processes





  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team






Physical Requirements




  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds





  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, and climb stairs as required





  • Comfort working with chemicals as outlined in Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and using appropriate safety equipment such as dust masks, goggles, UV goggles, sleeve protectors, gloves, and back support






Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements




  • This position is fully on-site
