Qualifications

  • Ability to keep pace in a high-output environment and meet production goals.
  • Basic mechanical know-how and proficiency with hand tools.
  • Effective communicator and team contributor.
  • Availability for flexible scheduling, including overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble components to specification, ensuring repeatable quality with every unit.
  • Use hand tools and equipment safely; follow operating procedures at all times.
  • Verify finished products through visual and dimensional checks against company standards.
  • Maintain 5S habits—orderliness, cleanliness, and readiness at your station.
  • Collaborate with peers to meet daily/weekly production schedules.
  • Communicate problems, nonconformances, or material issues to a supervisor promptly.
  • Participate in training and upskilling as directed.
