The role focuses on operating, maintaining and troubleshooting machinery to keep production moving, assembling ventilation blowers and related components, testing products and preparing shipments.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, basic math, clear English communication, and the ability to lift up to 45 lbs and use hand tools.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math skills using whole numbers.
• Clear English reading, writing and speaking.
• Ability to use hand tools, pneumatic and electrical tools.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 45 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues with machinery to provide continuous productivity.
• Assemble ventilation blowers, ambient air pumps, air filtration panels and other products from parts and sub-assemblies.
• Test assembled products for performance and compliance with specifications.
• Package and label finished product for final shipment.
• Liaise with previous and next lines of production for continuous workflow.
• Prioritize responsibilities to meet changing environment needs.
• Ensure all machine equipment and parts are calibrated on schedule.
