Job summary

Seek Thermal in Santa Barbara, CA is seeking an Assembler for a temp-to-hire role. You’ll train to assemble across product lines and support multiple lines as needed.

Experience with small parts, soldering and attention to detail is preferred. Strong teamwork and English proficiency are required to collaborate with the team and meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Must have fine motor skills to assemble small parts.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to read/interpret work instructions.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must be able to work in a team environment and follow verbal/written instructions.
• Soldering experience is highly desirable.
• Basic computer skills may be required to enter data.
