Job summary

Gwynedd Manufacturing Inc in North Wales, PA, is seeking an Assembler for a second shift (3:15–11:45 PM) with mandatory first-shift training during the first 30 days. You will assemble components from internal teams and vendors into finished products, performing inspections and recording labor in ERP.

The role requires a high school diploma, basic math and computer skills, and attention to detail; prior manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Up to one year of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and package finished products in accordance with provided Work Instructions.
• Perform required quality inspections, including visual and functional checks.
• Accurately record labor and material transactions in the ERP system as directed by management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Meet or exceed established production and quality targets.
• Follow all company safety, quality, and operational procedures.
