Responsibilities

• Visually inspect, assemble, and package product to customer specifications
• Load, unload, and move materials within the plant
• Operate hoists and material handling equipment
• Read work orders or follow oral instructions to ascertain materials to move
• Load materials onto pallets and prepare for shipment
• Attach tags or labels to materials and maintain records
• Maintain counts, weights, and material movement records via computer
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance
• Complete a 40-hour full-time schedule with possible overtime
