Job summary

U.S. Tsubaki in Ohio is seeking a manufacturing operator to perform setups and adjustments of machinery for assembling metal chain parts, read blueprints, and inspect products for conformance using precision measuring devices.

The role requires basic computer input capabilities, physical activity in a manufacturing environment, and strict adherence to safety guidelines. The position offers a four-day workweek with 10-hour shifts and opportunities for bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or equivalent work experience.
• 1-2 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Able to input to and retrieve from computer-based software.
• Must be able to perform physically active work in a manufacturing setting.
• Safety sensitive position; punctual and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Performs setups and adjustments of machinery for assembling metal chain parts.
• Interprets job specifications and reads blueprints.
• Inspects products to verify conformance using measuring devices.
• Assembles parts to product specifications per print.
• Maintains records for jobs and inventory; coordinates with others to maximize throughput.
• Operates material handling equipment (forklifts, cranes, hoists) safely.
• Adheres to OSHA and workplace safety regulations; performs other tasks as assigned.
