The Assembler I position requires precise building of level I products in a manufacturing setting. Responsibilities include following assembly instructions, using templates and tools, and ensuring quality at final inspection.

Candidates should have strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to read blueprints. This non-exempt, hourly role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and reliability.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience with Kimray products preferred.
• Must successfully complete all requirements established as an Assembler.
• Manual dexterity required.
• Strong hand to eye coordination.
• Ability to operate Computers, Printers, CTS Tester, Scales, Hoists.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints as well as written instructions.
• Proficient verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assemble level I products following the Assembly Training Matrix.
• Assemble products and sub-assemblies from raw materials using templates, tools, and measurements.
• Perform duties per documented work instructions and conduct quality checks on final products.
• Meet or exceed certification requirements for the position and maintain safety policies.
• Participate in team efforts to meet departmental and company goals and provide guidance when appropriate.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
