Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
  • 6 months of manufacturing and assembling experience preferred.
  • Basic math skills preferred.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

  • Set up work area prior to starting the shift and ensure tools and materials are available.
  • Assemble parts according to prescribed instructions and quality standards.
  • Operate hand tools to complete the assembly process.
  • Stack and label finished products according to procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and ensure equipment is safe to operate.
  • Complete pre-shift startup equipment inspection and report any issues.
  • Record production data as required and comply with safety and quality procedures.
  • Participate in safety, CI, and other programs and meetings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
