Job summary

ABB is seeking a manufacturing assembler to ensure parts meet quality specifications and to carry out daily production per the schedule. You will verify machinery operation and complete inspection reports, separating any non-conforming parts as directed.

You will visually inspect produced items for adherence to specifications, rotate between assembly stations, and use pneumatic tools, presses, welding equipment, and hand tools under supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational/technical degree preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing assembly preferred.
• Comply with established standards, including ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 and HR policies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure assembled parts meet quality specifications.
• Carry out daily production according to the schedule.
• Verify machinery is functioning properly.
• Complete inspection reports and separate non-conforming parts.
• Visually inspect produced parts for specifications.
• Operate and rotate between assembly stations and use hand tools as needed.
