Job summary

iNRCORE, LLC is seeking assemblers in Salem, OR for a full-time role. You will assemble products under supervision, follow routing instructions and read drawings. The job requires reading work instructions, basic print reading and ability to use calipers and testing equipment.

Applicants should be able to multitask, communicate effectively, and maintain a clean, safe work area. High school diploma or equivalent is required, with prior assembly or print-reading experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school degree required.
• Ability to read work instructions and basic print reading.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow procedures.
• Perform mechanical assembly following work instructions.
• Use hand-held tools including soldering irons, heat shrink guns, crimpers, wire cutters and crimpers.
• Winds wire with automatic winders.
• Assemble finishes, clean parts and apply epoxies and solders.
• Test product electrically or mechanically with meters, calipers, micrometers and gauges.
• Move finished product using hand trucks or carts as needed.
• Report defects to the team leader and keep workspace orderly.
