Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking candidates in Gary, IN for a role in a local manufacturer and designer of protective packaging products. The position involves assembling diverse subassemblies or finished products in the Tool and Head departments, with responsibilities including testing, quality checks, and reading blueprints.

Schedule is Mon-Fri 5:00am-3:00pm, pay is $21.00 per hour, and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Blueprint reading experience required.
• Pallet jack experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional tests to ensure compliance with specifications
• Execute quality checks
• Ensure punctual deliveries
• Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings
• Use hand tools and power tools
• Interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
• Install electrical components
• Document assembly processes, test results, and quality issues
